Over the decades, I have had the privilege of witnessing our nation transform through the contributions of remarkable scientists, educators, policymakers, entrepreneurs, industry leaders, public servants, financial institutions and philanthropists.
This journey has strengthened one conviction in me:
I have long believed in the philosophy of "More from Less for More" – creating greater value from fewer resources for the benefit of many more. Today, this philosophy must extend beyond resources to knowledge, innovation and institutional capability. What India creates must not remain isolated; it must be shared, strengthened and multiplied.
It is with this conviction that CSI – Collaboration Intelligence and LABH – Institutional Capability & Enterprise Architecture have been envisioned – not to create another layer of institutions, but to connect and strengthen the exceptional capabilities India has already built.
Every innovation should inspire another. Every partnership should make future collaboration easier. Every investment should leave behind greater capability. And every success should create opportunities for many more successes.
As India advances towards becoming a developed nation, our greatest legacy will not be measured only by what we achieve, but by what our achievements enable future generations to achieve.

To young India, my message is simple:
May we leave behind not merely a stronger India, but an India that continuously grows stronger because its institutions have learnt to grow together.
